Besides general use, I will using it for photographing small spaces (bathroom reconstruction, etc.) I am new to the DSLR world and only have the Canon 17-85mm lens thusfar and am looking for the best option for myself as far as wide angle lenses go. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Wide angle or fisheye conversion lenses?

    September 27th, 2010

In regards to super zoom compact digital cameras,

I’d like to get one of these, if not both, but from what I understand you would need to zoom in so you can’t see the tube adapter. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of having one of these lenses if you have to zoom in? Also, what do the numbers mean that’s associated with the lens?

    ex.
    0.36X, 0.45X, 0.5X

    smaller number = wider view?

I tried removing them with a microfiber cloth and then with a cotton swab with no results. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!
