Best Canon Wide Angle Lens

Im new at photography, and im ordering some lenses..i really want this one -

the second one says wide angle + telephoto..
but the first one says wide angle macro

IS it the same? or is the 2nd one missing a lens?

It’s so hard to find a straight forward sort of explanation as to what lens is going to work best with my camera. I have the AF-S KIKKOR 18-55mm as well as the 55-200mm. So what’s next? I would really like a wide-angle lens and a fixed (or prime). But no idea what is what and all that. Help!

when I want to build a set and I want to decide its dimensions that are going to be seen in a certain camera lens given a certain distance. I know there is an equation to calculate this.

I recently bought a Konica Minolta XG-M 35mm camera and i want to get a wide angle lens (fish eye) lens, but i don’t know what to get. I don’t know anything about photography and was wondering if someone could tell me what i need to get. Like do i need to get a lens thats also 35mm?

The two lenses about, i found them on Amazon, what are the differences between them? Does the EF make a big difference?

What would happen if I mount an EF lens to my Canon 400d? Also I heard that (for example) if I mount a 100-400mm EF USM IS lens to a DSLR such as my 400d, the effective focal length would be 160-640mm, so that means that the image will be cropped more than the actual focal length right?

I asked a question concerning taking landscape pictures without using wide angle lens

I was thinking about getting the Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM Telephoto Zoom Lens or the Canon EF 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 ( DO ) IS USM Telephoto Zoom Lens. There quite a bit alike. I was wondering if someone could post a picture of the 2 lenses next to a camera or someone holding it to give me a better understanding of the size difference. If the lens without DO is a lot longer, i’ll probably buy the one with DO. thank you
